Alumni job changes, promotions, profile updates — and the one-click warm follow-up.
Career signals are alumni events worth a touch-point: a new role, a promotion, a profile update, an internal move. obqo captures them from self-reports, coach logs, inbox forwards, and an opt-in enrichment pipeline.
Status workflow
Four statuses: new → reviewed → actioned (sent a message) → ignored (filed without action). Use the filter to clean an inbox-zero workflow.

- Self — the alumna updated their own profile.
- Coach — a coach logged the change manually.
- Import — a bulk CSV import surfaced new data.
- Inbox forward — a coach forwarded an email to a signals address.
- Enrichment — the optional enrichment pipeline detected the change.
Send a warm message
Expand any signal row to see the suggested message draft. Edit if needed, hit Send — Truncus handles delivery and tracks the outcome. The email lands in the alumna’s personal inbox with proper unsubscribe + List-Unsubscribe headers.
