Activity log
Audit feed of every action taken across the faculty.
The activity log is the faculty-wide audit feed: every coach action, every admin change, every webhook event. Retention is 24 months. Useful for accreditation evidence and incident review.
Filters
By actor, by action type, by date range, by affected resource. The most common filter is "who edited this student’s outcome and when?" — pick a resource id to scope.
Export
CSV export for the current filter selection. Useful evidence package for an accreditation visit or a GDPR data-subject access request.
