Dashboard

Your command centre — headline metrics, attention signals, journey overview.

The dashboard summarises your faculty in a single screen. Open it first thing each morning to see who needs attention, how the cohort is moving, and what coaching activity has happened in the last week.

Headline metrics

Four cards across the top: Coaching coverage, Engagement score, Placement rate, Flow completion. Each card shows a big-number rate, a trend badge vs the previous week, and a 7-day sparkline.

Hover the (i) icon on any card for a one-line definition. Click "Learn more" inside the tooltip for the formula and time window.

Attention bar

A horizontal strip of cells just above the journey flow. Each cell counts students that match an at-risk pattern (no session in 30+ days, missed booking, low engagement, stalled flows). Click any cell to open the matching filtered student list.

Student journey

Five-stage funnel from Intake → Coaching → Active → Applying → Placed. Bars are absolute counts; percentages are the share of the active cohort in that stage. Click a stage to filter the students list to that state.

Engagement over time + Today’s sessions

Left widget: 6-month engagement chart. Stacked bars per month show coaching sessions, event attendances, and completed flows. Right widget: today’s coaching agenda plus the next 6 days at a glance.

Programme overview + Recent activity

Two columns at the bottom. Programme overview groups your students by programme so you spot underperforming cohorts. Recent activity is a live audit feed of the last 5 actions (sessions logged, flows completed, signals captured).

First-login tour

The first time you land on the dashboard, a 6-step tour walks you through the surfaces above. Hit Skip tour to dismiss permanently, or rerun for QA by clearing localStorage["obqo.tour.dashboard.v9"] in DevTools.
