Coaching agenda
Every coaching session you have ever logged — list, week, or month view.
The coaching agenda is your weekly working surface. Use it to plan, log new sessions, mark no-shows, and review the past 6 days.
Three views
List view is the default for daily work — a chronological feed of upcoming + past sessions. Week view is best for planning availability across a 7-day grid. Month view is the overview when scheduling longer in advance.
Schedule a new session
Hit "+ New Session". Pick the student, coach, date, format (online / in-person), and an optional topic. On save the student gets an email with the calendar invite. If they have the iCal feed subscribed, the session lands in their personal calendar too.
No-shows
After a session, mark its outcome on the session row: completed, no-show, cancelled. No-shows feed the at-risk model on the dashboard. Three no-shows in 60 days is the default at-risk threshold.
Calendar feed
Each coach has a personal iCal URL under Settings → Calendar. Subscribe in Outlook / Google / Apple Calendar to keep both calendars in sync. Bump the feed version to revoke all previously-issued URLs.
