Analytics
Per-programme, per-cohort, longitudinal placement views.
Analytics is everything your dashboard shows plus the deeper slicing your dashboard can’t fit. Use it for monthly reviews, programme accreditation evidence, and faculty-leadership reporting.
Filters apply everywhere
Programme, track type (full-time / part-time), accession year, date range — every chart on the page recomputes against the current filter state. Set the filters once and the whole page reflects that slice.
Tabs
- Overview — engagement, retention, placement at a glance.
- Students — cohort composition, status mix, lifecycle.
- Coaching — session counts, hours per coach, no-show rate.
- Events — attendance + ratings.
- Career — pipeline + placement breakdown.
- Engagement — month-over-month coaching + events + flows volume.
- Placement matrix — cohort-by-year placement table (the audit-friendly view).
Exports
Every chart has a CSV export. "Download PDF" bundles the whole page into a print-friendly report, with the current filter state baked in. Generated PDFs are archived under /admin/reports for re-download.
