Reports
CSV exports and print-ready PDF reports — for leadership and accreditation.
The Reports page generates two output formats: CSVs for spreadsheet work, and PDF reports formatted for faculty leadership with optional anonymisation, locale, programme breakdown, and an auditor signature block.
Pick datasets to include
Tick the datasets you want bundled. Common picks: students + sessions + outcomes for a semester review; events + ratings for an event-quality audit; engagement + flow-completion for an at-risk briefing.
Filters scope the data
Programme, status, date range — applied to every dataset in the bundle. Leave them empty for the full faculty roll-up.
PDF generator
The "Download PDF report" button opens a side panel: anonymisation toggle (defaults ON — names replaced with stable pseudonyms), locale (EN/NL), programme dropdown, signature block. Output is print-ready and accessible.
Archive
Every PDF you generate is archived for 50 runs. Re-open downloads the exact same report you sent last time — useful when leadership asks "send me last month’s deck again".
