Flows
Guided reflection sequences students complete between sessions.
A flow is a series of prompts a student answers in their own time, between coaching sessions. Flows surface what’s on a student’s mind without you having to ask, and the completion rate is one of the earliest indicators of cohort engagement.
Three ways to start
- Templates — plug-and-play flows for common processes (Intake, At-risk intervention, Semester reflection).
- Library — your faculty’s saved flows, ready to assign.
- Build new — a step-by-step editor for new flows from scratch (questions, branching, conditional logic).
Assigning a flow
From the flow detail page, hit "Assign". Pick one student, a programme cohort, or the whole faculty. Students get an email with a link to their flow execution. They can save progress and return later.
Tracking completion
Each flow shows started / completed / abandoned. Completion rate is the headline number on the dashboard’s Flow completion card. A drop in flow completion typically precedes a drop in coaching attendance by 2–3 weeks — useful leading indicator.
