Manual
Session detail
One session’s working surface — notes, recording, action items.
Each coaching session has its own detail page. This is where you write up what was discussed, optionally record the conversation for assisted note-taking, and capture follow-up actions.
Manual notes
Rich-text editor at the top. Auto-saves a few seconds after you stop typing. Cmd/Ctrl-S forces an immediate save. The Copy button dumps the plain-text version to your clipboard for pasting into other systems.
What NOT to write
Coach notes are stored unencrypted and other coaches in your faculty can see them. Keep them to coaching context.
Do
Coaching goals, action items, career-relevant context (target industry, cities, skills), what the student agreed to before next session.
Avoid
Medical diagnoses, mental-health status, sexuality, religion, ethnicity, financial situation, accommodation requests, detailed personal relationships.
Session recording (assisted note-taking)
When enabled per-faculty, you can record the audio of a session, get an automatic transcript, and a structured AI summary. Recording is opt-in per student. The "I do not consent to recording" toggle on the student profile suppresses the recorder entirely for that student.
Cancel a session
The Cancel button lives at the bottom of the page below a divider so it cannot be hit accidentally. Cancelling removes the session from the agenda but keeps the audit trail; the student gets a cancellation email.
