Manual

Career outcomes

Where you record what happens after graduation. Drives the placement-rate metric.

The Career page is the data-entry surface for everything that happens between intake and a confirmed post-graduation role. The placement-rate card on the dashboard is exactly as honest as what gets logged here.

Application pipeline

Live count of where your active students are: Interested → Applied → Interview → Offer → Accepted (with Rejected as an absorbing state). The horizontal bar at the bottom of the section is the same data as proportions.

Placement overview

Alumni count, the number with a confirmed post-graduation role recorded, and the placement rate. Students still without an outcome are the data-entry backlog worth chasing — encourage them to update via /my/career-outcome.

Career outcomes table

Each row is one alumna with pre-programme role on the left and current role on the right. Click any row to open the full profile and edit the outcome. CSV export is in the toolbar.

Stalled offers

When offers exist but no accepted outcomes are logged, the page surfaces a "n offers pending acceptance" callout at the top. Follow up — accepted offers are the highest-leverage update for the placement rate metric.
