Coach preferences
Personal settings — theme, session reminders, recording opt-out, calendar feed.
Settings that live with you (the coach), not with the faculty: theme, reminders, recording opt-out, your personal calendar feed.
Theme
Light / Dark / Follow system. The preference syncs across devices via your Coach row in the database, so opening obqo on a different laptop respects the same choice.
Session reminders
Email + push reminders before a session. Off by default. When on, you get a prompt 1 day and 15 minutes before each booked session.
Session recording opt-out
Suppress the audio-recording UI on every session you coach, regardless of the student-side setting. Useful for coaches who never want recordings, even if their tenant has it enabled.
