# obqo — coordinated student success for higher education

obqo connects coaching, interventions and career tracking in a single
platform for higher education. EU-hosted, built with the University of
Amsterdam as the launch partner.

## What it does

- **Coaching sessions**: schedule, log notes, link to trajectories.
- **Trajectories**: structured multi-session paths from intake → placement.
- **Flows**: automated student touchpoints (intake forms, reflections, surveys).
- **Events**: workshops, networking, company visits with attendance tracking.
- **Career**: application pipeline (interested → applied → interview → accepted),
  alumni outcomes, placement rate.
- **Activity feed**: cross-cutting log of every action across all modules.
- **Analytics**: cohort engagement, placement matrix, coaching coverage.

## Audience

University career-services and coaching teams. Coach + admin roles in the
dashboard; students access a separate /my/* surface (booking, profile,
flows assigned to them, networking).

## Pricing

- **Core**: per-institution annual subscription. Includes coaching,
  trajectories, basic flows, events, career tracking, alumni directory.
- **Professional**: adds AI features (note summarisation, career
  suggestions, student insights), advanced analytics, custom flows,
  email automation, API access.
- Stripe-billed; institutions are onboarded via pilot phase before
  paid plans activate.

## Hosting & data residency

- All data hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany — Supabase EU region).
- No data leaves Europe.
- GDPR compliant.
